Renovations and Restoration projects are sympathetically handled in accordance with the structures a building represents, and mindful of budget constraints.

The Cornish Cottage featured in the pictures was a full restoration project. Everything was removed and replaced, even the roof and new concrete floors were dug out and layed inside. The floorplan of the building was increased by 50% adding a larger kitchen, downstairs wet room and utility, with upstairs gaining an additional bedroom and bathroom. The whole project was designed and project managed by James and the drawings and planning submission handled by a family member. A true start to finish project.
